Once you initiate an exchange, you will receive a transaction ID. You can use this to monitor the progress of your exchange via the blockchain explorer. If your transaction is taking longer than expected, please check network congestion or reach out to our support team for assistance.

What happens if my transaction fails?

If a transaction fails due to network issues or incorrect payment amounts, BaltEX will attempt to refund the original amount minus any applicable network fees. If you encounter an issue, please contact support with your transaction details.

Can I cancel an exchange after sending funds?

No, once a transaction has been initiated and funds have been sent, it cannot be reversed. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible, so please double-check all details before confirming your exchange.

Why is my transaction taking longer than expected?

There are a few common reasons for delays. Network congestion can slow things down, especially during high traffic periods. Transactions with low gas fees may take longer since miners prioritize those with higher fees. Some blockchains require multiple confirmations, which can also extend processing time.
