Why is my transaction taking longer than expected?

There are a few common reasons for delays. Network congestion can slow things down, especially during high traffic periods. Transactions with low gas fees may take longer since miners prioritize those with higher fees. Some blockchains require multiple confirmations, which can also extend processing time.

Technical issues, blockchain updates, or maintenance on BaltEX or liquidity providers' platforms can temporarily delay transactions. In rare cases, low liquidity for a trading pair might slow down the process. If incorrect transaction details were entered, such as the wrong address or network, this could prevent the exchange from completing.

For security reasons, some transactions may go through additional AML compliance checks, requiring verification before proceeding.
